Are You Out Of Your Mind?
If so, possibly the best place to be right now
If so, possibly the best place to be right now

I’m serious.
You should spend time — a LOT of time — out of your mind.
Losing your mind — being out of your mind — is quite possibly a must in order for us to find ourselves.
Our mind — however useful and necessary it is in many aspects — do not have the capacity to handle or process what is coming in the near future. Or what is already here. Now.
Give it a timeout. Let it go for a while.
Instead, tune in to your intuition, to your “knowing”. Ask yourself: “What am I aware of?” “What do I know”?
Do it a lot more often than what you may normally be doing. It is a muscle. Exercise it!
This is also an exercise for your TRUST muscle. When you choose to lose your mind to listen to what comes from within — listen to your intuition — TRUST is required.
Yes. Blinders may be a good choice these days. Or any day for that matter. I’ll elaborate on that in another post.
For now: Allow yourself — CHOOSE — to lose your mind every now and then. Or often. Exercise that intuition muscle.
I am actually contemplating creating an ebook or a small course on strengthening that muscle. If that is of any interest to you, comment on this post and let me know. Or — even better — subscribe to my newsletter and you will automatically be notified when I have it ready. Along with a lot of other nuggets and goodies.
Till next time;
Make it about ease and JOY!
P.S. If you identify with being secretly ambitious and/or introverted I have a Facebook group you are welcome to join if you like. I’d love to have you!
