There’s got to be more….
A question that often pops up in your head?
A question that often pops up in your head?

You haven’t got the faintest idea WHAT but you know there has to be MORE. More to life. To living.
So, you start chasing this *more*. Often with one foot where you are and the other trying to find the *more*.
Full speed ahead with your breaks on.
In your pursuit of *more* you tap into whatever crosses your path:
Persons
Programs
Courses
Books
.
.
All good but now you find yourself all over the place. Fragmented, frustrated and spending more time scrolling social media than you spend with YOU.
That is called distractions. Which is what leaves you feeling like you are on a merry-go-round to nowhere.
Now would be a good time to take a timeout.
Pause
Step back
Breathe
Ponder
Contemplate
(Notice I said nothing about THINKING)
Maybe, just maybe it isn’t about *more* at all. What if it is about subtracting.
Or….
What if it is about becoming:
A different YOU
A better YOU
A more successful YOU
A more aligned YOU
The next level YOU
Whoa … hold your horses! Becoming all of that?!
Should you go hunting? Again? For *more*?
Breaks on! Stop the engine!
No need to search for or chase all of this. It is never about finding any of this somewhere out there. Some time in the future.
Here’s the thing:
You already ARE all of it. Now. And NOW.
It is about unravelling it. About letting go of that which do not allow you to BE all of it. All of YOU.
Now.
It will emerge from within. Be ready and willing to receive it all.
And leave the *how* to the universe. It is not for you to figure out.
This was, and to a certain extent still is, my story too. If you were wondering.
Two of my most powerful tools towards trusting and allowing, versus pushing for the *more*, have been READING and JOURNALLING.
Reading while being present and allowing what I read to really sink in on a deeper level so that I more easily could practice discerning what was a fit for me at the time and discard the rest.
Journalling as in “free writing”. Journal and pen always close by. Starting each morning with putting pen to paper and allow what came through to find it’s way to the pages. Never judging what I wrote. Just allowing it to flow. Once you start thinking your small human self has taken over. That is not where the wisdom and growth comes from.
I guess it is about BEING more than DOING. Allowing more than chasing and pushing.
And if you want to hear messages from soul you would be wise to breathe and be still. Those messages more often than not come in whispers.
Ease & Joy,
Susanne H
