Two Questions
Maybe 3. To shift your focus
Maybe 3. To shift your focus

Where do you put your focus? Are you paying attention to that?
Are you — like so many of us — allowing your focus to go on autopilot?
When life throws you lemons, I’m not so sure all that many choose to make lemonade. Do you?
In all honesty, I believe many of us are hardwired to focus on all the things we do NOT want when life happens.
“I wish I wasn’t so tired all the time”
“Why is there always more month at the end of the money?”
“Why does *this* always happen to me?”
Thousands of rabbit holes to go down. And we do it over and over. Am I right?
How about next time you find yourself focusing on the things you do NOT want, you ask one or more of these questions:
“What do I want instead?” Boom! Focus shifted!
“What else is possible?” Boom! Focus shifted!
Gotta practice though as the autopilot tends to be persistently demanding to run the show.
Let’s do a third too:
“How does it get any better than this?” Boom!
That last one at least makes it harder to end up down the rabbit hole. I’d start with that one and follow up with the other two.
Till next time;
Make it about ease and joy!
